HOW DO WE BOOK?

- Patiently wait for a response within 24-48 hours to see if we are available on your date.
- If you would like, hop on a zoom call with us so we can get to know you, answer any questions, and see if we are a good fit for you!
- If you decide your ready to book, we will send you a contract and arrange the 25% deposit!
- That's all! Now we starting planning for your big day. We will always be a text or call away to help you with all your wedding planning questions!
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEO?
YOU WILL RECEIVE A GALLERY WITH 50-100 SNEAK PEEK PHOTOS WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR WEDDING DAY. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR FULL WEDDING GALLERY WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS AND YOUR WEDDING FILM WITHIN 8-12 WEEKS.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
There is no limit to how far we will travel for your big day. We have captured weddings all over Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and even JAMAICA! We charge a simple fee of $1 per mile outside of a 100 mile radius of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. For destination weddings please reach out for a custom quote!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
It is best to book your photographer and videographer as soon as you have your wedding date picked. Most couples book around 9-12 months in advance but we have had couples book as far as 2 years in advance!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
ALL PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES INCLUDE A COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION UP TO 60 MINUTES. THIS ALLOWS ENOUGH TIME FOR 2 OUTFITS AND 2 LOCATION IF NECESSARY. Shortly after you book with us we will reach out about scheduling your engagement session!
CAN WE MEET BEFORE BOOKING?
Absolutely! We would love to hop on a Zoom call with you. This is a great time to get to know each other and go over all the questions that you have for us!
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK WITH YOU?
We require 3 things to officially book with us: A wedding date, a signed contract, and a 25% deposit. Deposits go towards your final balance and can be paid via Venmo, cash, or check.
CAN WE VIEW PREVIOUS WEDDING GALLERIES?
We don’t gatekeep :) Reach out anytime and we’ll happily share a few recent wedding galleries with you.
